We are based out of the Gaonkar Industrial Estate over in Namdeo Wadi, Panch Pakhadi. Tech Flow Engineers has been around for some time now. Being in an industrial area means things are usually pretty busy and a bit loud with all the work going on nearby. Our space isn't meant for showing off; it’s where we actually do the engineering and technical work. We’ve got tools and parts sitting around on benches, and there’s always something that needs fixing or designing. It’s a practical environment. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll likely just find one of us in the middle of a project. We don't bother with fancy decor or corporate branding inside. It’s just walls, desks, and equipment. We’ve got a small team, and we all know our roles. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but that’s just how engineering goes. Panch Pakhadi is a good spot for us because it’s easy for our suppliers to get to. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do decent work and keep things moving. Most of our days are spent looking at drawings or testing out how things fit together. It's honest work, and we’re happy to be doing it here in the estate. We like the grit and the reality of an industrial workspace.
