Our office is over in Shiv Amrut Dham, specifically in building number five. If you know the Kalyan West area, we are quite close to Yogi Dham on Murbad Road. It is a residential area mostly, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main market area. Flat 503 is where you will find us working away most days of the week. The name mentions Abu Dhabi because that is where the main roots of the company are, but this branch in Kalyan is where we handle the local side of things. It is a bit of a climb up if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a while. We are just a small team here. We spend a lot of time on drawings and talking to people on the phone about various projects. It is not a huge corporate floor, just a regular flat converted into a working space. Murbad Road can get quite congested during the evening rush hour, so we usually try to wrap up our work before the traffic gets too bad. Being in Kalyan is convenient for us. We have all the local supplies and services nearby. We do not really go in for big marketing or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they know someone who worked with us before. It is a practical way to run things. We focus on the engineering side and making sure the construction details are right for every job.
