Abencs Engineering Pvt Ltd is based in Thane. We are specifically located at 501, Marigold, which is part of the Maitri Gardens complex. It's on Pokhran Road No. 2. Most locals know the area because it is near Oswal Park. We've been in this office for some time now. Thane 400 601 is a busy area, but our spot in Maitri Gardens is alright. It’s a standard engineering office setup. Nothing too special to look at, just desks and computers where we handle our projects. Working on Pokhran Road means we are in a good spot for getting around the city. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when everyone is trying to get into the building. We see a lot of the same faces every day in the elevators. Marigold is a decent building, and we've made it our home. Dealing with engineering work requires a lot of focus, so having a steady place like this helps us stay on track. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is always on the drawings and the numbers. Sometimes the traffic on Pokhran Road No. 2 can be a bit of a headache, but that is just life in Thane. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. If you are coming by, just look for Oswal Park and you will be close to the building entrance. We are usually here until late evening finishing up our design work.
