Taheri Computers

Our shop is tucked away at Shop No. 2 in Mahatma Phule Chowk. If you know where the Panchayat Samiti is, we are just near that. It is a busy junction and there is always noise from the traffic outside. We have been here at Taheri Computers for a while now. The space is filled with cables, monitors, and old parts that we might need someday. Most of the time, I am hunched over a keyboard or looking into a CPU case. It’s dusty work but someone has to do it. People come in with laptops that won't turn on or asking for a specific wire they lost. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun but people still find us. We open up early and stay until the last customer leaves. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait around. It's not a flashy showroom. It’s a workplace. We have a small bench for people to sit on while they wait for a quick fix. Coffee comes from the stall around the corner. We know most of the other shop owners on this block. It's a good community. The rain sometimes leaks a little near the door during monsoon but we manage. Just a normal computer shop in a busy part of town. I usually bring my own lunch from home.
