Swanand Veg Hotel

Swanand Veg Hotel is a small eatery in Ambernath. We are located at Shop Number 14 in the Shivdham part of the MA Parvati Shopping Complex. It is right on Station Road, so it is very easy to find if you are coming from the railway station. Sibbu Palace is also very close by. We decided to focus on vegetarian food because that is what we enjoy cooking and eating. The shop is quite small, so it can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of customers. We have a few simple tables and the kitchen is right there in the back. You can hear the sounds of the station and the traffic all day long. It is a very busy spot. We don't have a big team, just a few of us working together to serve the food. We get our vegetables from the local market every morning to make sure everything is fresh. Sometimes we run out of certain dishes by mid-afternoon if it has been a busy day. We don't have a fancy menu or anything. We just write the daily specials on a board. It is a simple way of doing business. We have been here for several years and know many of the people who work in the other shops nearby. We just keep doing our thing every day at Swanand Veg Hotel.
