Being near the park is nice because it gives us a bit of green to look at, though the area gets quite busy in the evenings with families. Our kitchen is where we spend the bulk of our time. It’s not a massive commercial kitchen like you’d see on TV. It’s just a practical space where we cook and pack orders. Sometimes the sink gets clogged or we have an issue with the gas supply, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of locations. We are just one spot in Ghansoli. Most of our staff are local people who live nearby. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most people find out about us just by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. The paperwork is done on a small desk tucked away in the corner near the fridge. It’s often loud because of the pots and pans clanking together. We just try to keep things clean and keep the food moving out to the customers without too much delay. It is a lot of hard work.
