Surya Food

Surya Food is located at Plot No- 602/603 in Prakruti Nagar. We are over in the Thakker Faliya area of Bordi. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Sikh Gurudwara. This place is where we do all our food preparation and packing. It is a busy kitchen and warehouse environment. We have been in Bordi for a while now and most of our staff lives just a short walk away. The smell of whatever we are cooking that day usually fills the whole plot. It is a lot of hard work, especially when it is hot outside and the stoves are going. We do not have a fancy front office. We mostly just focus on the food and making sure it gets put into the right bags or containers. We do not use any special marketing talk. We just call things what they are. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the small streets around Thakker Faliya, but we manage to get things out on time. We take pride in just showing up and doing the work every single day. It is a family-run kind of feel here, even if we are not all related. We drink a lot of tea and stay busy with the orders coming in. It is just a regular local food business trying to do its part for the local community. (248 words)
