Surface Engineering

We’re located at 194-A in the Vina Dalvi Industrial Estate, which is part of the M S Ramaiah Layout in Jogeshwari West. Surface Engineering is basically what the name says. We work on the finishes and coatings for different metal parts and tools. It’s a very hands-on job and the shop is usually filled with the smell of chemicals and the sound of machinery. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and it’s a good location for us because of the other industrial businesses nearby. Our team is small, mostly just local workers who have learned the trade over time. It’s not a clean or quiet place to work, but we take pride in what we do. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just focus on making sure the surfaces we treat are done correctly so they don't rust or wear down too fast. Sometimes the humidity in Mumbai makes the drying process take forever, which slows us down. We just have to deal with it as it comes. Most people find us through word of mouth from other workshops in the estate. We don't really bother with social media or big advertisements. If you come by the office, you’ll likely find me looking over some parts or talking to one of the guys about a specific job. It’s just an honest day’s work for us here in Jogeshwari and we stay pretty busy.
