Sunil Kandalkar

Sunil Kandalkar is based right here in Thane, specifically over at Ravji Jethu Chawl. If you are familiar with the Panchpakhadi area, you probably know where Sundaram Soc is, and we are just opposite that. It’s a pretty busy little spot. We are also quite close to Gurukul Soc, so it is easy enough for people to find us when they are passing through. This place has been our base for a bit now. It is not some big, shiny corporate office or anything like that, just a regular local setup where we handle our daily work. Most of the folks around here know the landmark well. We’ve got our routine down, and being in this part of Thane-400604 makes sense for what we do. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded, but that is just how it is in this neighborhood. We don’t really go in for fancy signs or big marketing stuff. It is just Sunil Kandalkar and the small team here at the Chawl. We try to keep things simple and just get the job done without making a big fuss about it. If you are walking by the hospital or the local societies, you will see us. We have been part of the local scene for a while and plan to stay that way. It's just a practical place for a practical business, nothing more and nothing less than that really.
