Adapsys Technologies

Up in Thane, specifically in Naupada, is where Adapsys Technologies is based. The address is Kailas Vishnunagar, Thane West 400602. It's a bit of a trek if you're coming from Mumbai, but it's a good place to be. Naupada is one of those areas where everything is within reach. Our office is in the Vishnunagar part. It’s a tech place, but don't expect beanbag chairs and free snacks everywhere. We have computers, some old servers that hum a bit too loud, and plenty of cables running across the floor. We work on software and technical systems. Most of us live nearby in Thane, so we don't have to deal with the local train too much. The building is just a normal place called Kailas. We have some plants on the windowsills that we sometimes forget to water. The work is mostly about solving problems and writing code that actually works. We don't spend time on fancy presentations about our values. We would rather just fix a bug or set up a new network. Sometimes we go out for vada pav when we need a break. It's a small team and we get along well enough. We've been in 400602 for a while. It’s not a flashy tech startup office, just a place where we put in the hours and try to get things right for our clients. It is steady work in a good neighborhood.
