Kmi Business Technology

We are based out of unit 301 in the Panchdeep Society, which is part of Manisha Nagar in Kalwa. It’s a bit of a trek up to the third floor, but that’s where Kmi Business Technology lives. Mumbai is a fast-paced city, and Kalwa has its own slice of that energy. Our office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s just a space in 5 B where we handle our business technology work. The 400605 area is quite dense, so there is always something going on outside. We have our computers and our desks, and that’s about all we need to stay productive. It can get a little warm in the afternoons, but we have a few fans that keep things moving. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re just regular people who know a thing or two about technology and how it helps businesses run. Dealing with the daily commute and the Mumbai weather is just part of the job for us. We’ve been in Panchdeep Society for some time, and the locals know us as the tech folks on the third floor. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; you just come up to 301 and knock. It’s worked out well for us so far and we don't plan on changing it. Every day is a bit different here, but we manage.
