SUMMER AND SPRINGS HOTEL PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for Summer and Springs Hotel Private Limited is located in Kalyan West. We are on the first floor of Shree Apartment, covering flats 101 to 104. The building is right on Murbad Road, across from Regency Avenue in the Syndicate area. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of shops and people passing by all the time. Since we are on the first floor, we can hear the street noise pretty clearly, but it keeps us connected to the town. We handle the management of our hotel business from this suite of rooms. It’s not a fancy hotel lobby; it’s where the actual work happens. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of papers scattered around. Usually, someone is on the phone dealing with a booking or talking to a supplier. We aren't some distant corporate entity. Most of us live nearby and know Kalyan like the back of our hand. The office is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we don't mind. We prefer this local setup because it’s easy to manage and keeps our costs down. We spend our days making sure the hotels have what they need to keep guests comfortable. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve been here in Shree Apt for some time and it feels like home to us now, even with the constant buzz of Murbad Road right outside our windows.
