It is a busy spot in Navi Mumbai, especially during the lunch hour when everyone from the nearby offices comes out to eat. We specialize in parathas, making them fresh on the tawa every single day. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, and there is usually a bit of a wait when it is crowded, but we move as fast as we can. We started this place because we liked the idea of a simple food stall that serves filling meals. There are not many tables, so a lot of people just take their food to go or eat standing up. The flour gets everywhere, and the smell of ghee is always in the air. We do not have a big menu with fancy names, just the stuff people like to eat for a quick lunch or dinner.
