Sridevi Hotel

Sridevi Hotel is located at Shop No 01 in the Isha Vashyan building on Mudbad Road. We are right in Kalyan City, near the State Bank, which brings in a lot of people during the week. Thane is always busy, and our little corner on Mudbad Road is no different. The shop isn't big, just enough for a few people to stand and eat or sit on the stools we have lined up. We mostly do tea, snacks, and some basic breakfast items. The morning rush starts around eight when people are heading to work or the bank. We use a lot of ginger in our tea, and you can smell it from the sidewalk. The walls are painted a light blue, but they've gotten a bit stained over the years near the stove. We try to keep the place tidy, but with people coming and going all day, there’s always a bit of trash to pick up or a spill to wipe. I took over this spot from my father, and not much has changed since then. We have the same old glass jars for biscuits and the same radio playing in the background. It’s a very local kind of place where people stop to talk about the weather or the news. We aren't looking to become a big chain or anything, we just like serving the people in this part of Kalyan and seeing them every single day.
