You can find us at Plot No. A-287 on Road No. 16/Z in the Wagle Industrial Estate. Sphere Engineers has been operating from this spot for a while. The area is always crowded with trucks and people moving materials around. Our building isn't much to look at, but it serves its purpose for the engineering work we do. Most days involve a lot of grease and the smell of cut metal. We aren't the type to wear suits or have long meetings in boardrooms. We’d rather be near the lathes or looking at a drawing that needs figuring out. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we’ve got fans running and we just get on with it. Sometimes the neighbors on Road 16/Z drop by to borrow a tool or just to chat for a minute. That’s how things go in this estate. We don't spend money on fancy brochures because we don’t see the point. Our work is mostly about precision and making sure the parts fit where they are supposed to. Some of our machines are old, but they still run fine if you treat them right. We have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting and the welding. It's a straightforward setup. We open the shutters early and usually don't leave until the last job of the day is wrapped up. It’s a bit messy, but it’s our space and we are comfortable with that. We don't need anything fancy.
