Our office for Spantech Engineers Pvt. Ltd is over at A1-002, Omshiv, right on Ghod Bunder Road in the Manpada area of Thane (W). If you know this road, you know it’s always moving, and we feel that energy in our office too. We aren't in a huge glass tower; we’re in a more modest building that suits us just fine. Most of our work involves planning and designing engineering systems, so there’s a lot of time spent staring at screens and debating over technical details. We have a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to drafting a proposal. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we just shut the windows and keep going. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just tell people we handle the engineering stuff they don't want to worry about. Sometimes we have clients come over for a meeting, and we usually just pull up an extra chair in the main room rather than going to a formal boardroom. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, though we take the deadlines seriously. After work, most of us are just looking to beat the traffic back home. It’s a good place to work, filled with people who actually know how to solve problems without making a big deal out of it.
