If you are looking for us, we are on the ground floor of the Pattekar Building, right on S V Road in the Naupada area of Thane West. We are in unit 1-A, which is tucked behind Bafna Surgical and just a short walk from the Vodafone Gallery. Being on the ground floor is handy because we often have parts and equipment moving in and out. The building is one of those older Thane structures that has seen better days, but it’s solid and serves us well for our engineering work. Inside, it’s a mix of grease, tools, and metal parts. We don’t have a fancy waiting area; usually, if someone comes by, we just pull up a stool for them. It’s often a bit loud because of the work we do and the traffic from S V Road just outside the door. We have a small corner with a computer where we handle the bills and drawings, but most of the action happens on the main floor. The walls are a bit stained from years of work, and there’s always a faint smell of oil in the air. We’ve been here in Naupada for a long time and know most of the other shop owners on this stretch. It’s a busy, practical environment where we just focus on getting the repairs and services done. There’s no marketing team here, just us in our work clothes trying to stay on top of the orders.
