Sizzle Desi

Sizzle Desi is located at number 1, Trishul Apartment, along the Eastern Express Highway Service Road in Thane West. We are right in the Panch Pakhadi area, specifically next to the Celebration Hall. Being so close to the highway means there is a constant hum of cars and trucks passing by, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. The apartment building is easy to spot once you are on the service road. Our setup is pretty basic. We have some seating and a kitchen where all the work happens. It’s not a fancy lounge or a high-end bistro; it’s just a place in Thane where you can get some desi food. We spend our mornings getting everything ready before the lunch rush starts. Panch Pakhadi is a busy neighborhood, so we see all sorts of people, from office folks to families living in the nearby buildings. We don't have any big missions or slogans. We just show up, cook, and serve. The space inside is functional. We try to keep it clean and tidy, but it definitely feels like a lived-in, working restaurant. It’s a bit of a local landmark for people who use the Eastern Express Highway often. We don’t do much in terms of promotion; we just rely on people seeing our sign and stopping in. It’s just a regular part of the Thane West landscape.
