Our office is located up in Maruti Tower, over in Sector 11 of CBD Belapur. It’s a pretty decent building, and you can find us in Unit A/803. We handle a lot of the import and export side of things, which basically means a whole lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. It isn't a factory setting here; it is more about the coordination and making sure goods get from one place to another without getting stuck. We have been in Belapur for a while, and it’s a good spot for this kind of business. The office can get a bit hectic when shipments are due or when there is some kind of delay at the port that we have to sort out. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller group of us who really know the ins and outs of the trade. We don't really go for high-pressure sales tactics or anything like that. Mostly, we just work with our regular clients and handle the logistics for them. The view from the tower is okay, but we are usually too busy looking at screens or talking to vendors to pay much attention to it. We deal with various products depending on what our customers need at the time. It is the kind of job where you are always learning something new about customs or shipping routes. We just try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible.
