Shree Ramdev Metal Mart (Import Trader)

Shree Ramdev Metal Mart is based out of Bhatsanagar in the Shahapur area of Thane. We are an import trading business, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone and checking lists of metal parts and materials coming in. The office is in a quiet spot, at least compared to the main city of Thane. Being in Bhatsanagar means we have a bit more space, but getting things delivered can take a little longer if the trucks get stuck on the highway. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how everyone likes their tea and who is responsible for which part of the ledger. The building is a simple structure, nothing that would catch your eye from the road. Inside, there are samples of different metals we trade lying around on the shelves. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when a new shipment arrives and we have to check everything against the manifest. We don’t really do any big marketing stuff. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. The weather here in Shahapur gets very wet during the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time making sure nothing gets damp in the storage area. It’s just a regular local business doing what we know how to do without much fuss.
