Shree Rajwadi General Store

At Shree Rajwadi General Store, we have been working out of Plot No 18/B for some time. Our shop is number 3 in the Mangilal Shopping Center. If you live in Kshama Society, you probably see us every time you head out toward A K Road. The shopping center itself is a bit older now, but it’s a solid place to be. We spend a lot of our time just checking the inventory and making sure nothing has gone past its date. The shelves are mostly metal and they groan a bit when we put too many heavy cans on them. It’s a small space, so things can get a little tight when three or four people are inside at once. Usually, someone is outside on the sidewalk just leaning against the wall during the afternoon heat. We don't have a big computer system for everything; we still use a lot of paper and pens to keep track of what we owe and what we have. It’s just how we learned to do it. The walk from A K Road is short, so we get a lot of foot traffic from people just passing through the neighborhood. We don’t have much to say about ourselves other than we are here every day except for maybe some holidays. It’s just a regular store for regular people, and that seems to be enough for the folks around Kshama Society who need a few things for their homes.
