Future Goup (Big Bazaar)

We are located at 2C-104 in the Green Meadows building, which is part of the Lokhandwala Township in Kandivali East. It’s a huge residential area, and being here means we’re right in the middle of where people live and shop. Our work is mostly about the retail side of things, making sure the Big Bazaar stores have what they need. It’s a lot of logistics and checking on inventory. Kandivali has become so crowded over the years, and the township itself is like a small city. We spend our mornings on the phone with suppliers and our afternoons looking at sales figures. The office is just a regular room with some desks and a couple of computers. It’s not a high-end corporate suite. We deal with the everyday problems of running a big shop, like when a shipment doesn't arrive or the stock isn't right. Mumbai 400101 is a busy place to be. We see the families walking their kids in the evening while we’re finishing up our work. It’s a practical job. We make sure the shelves are full so people can get their groceries without any trouble. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in retail that people don’t see. We just handle it one day at a time. It’s about keeping the flow of goods moving to the local stores around Kandivali and beyond. We’ve been at this for quite a while now. It keeps us on our toes.
