Shree Ganesh General Stores

Shree Ganesh General Stores is located in the B Wing of Saileela Building, which is Shop No.6. We are right in the middle of Ganesh Nagar in Behram Baug. If you live in Jogeshwari West, you probably pass this way quite often. The building is easy to spot once you get into the lane. It’s a typical neighborhood store where we sell all sorts of things for the kitchen and the house. We have bags of rice, lentils, spices, and cleaning supplies too. It’s a bit tight inside because we try to fit a lot of stock into a small area. We get a lot of foot traffic from the people living in the building above us and the surrounding blocks. It’s nice because you get to know everyone's names after a while. We aren't a big supermarket chain, just a local store that’s been around for some time. We open early so people can grab what they need before heading to work. The evenings are the busiest time when everyone is coming home. We don’t do home delivery in a big way, but if a neighbor really needs help, we try to manage. The stock changes depending on what people are asking for lately. If a few customers ask for a certain tea or snack, we try to get it from the wholesaler. It’s a simple way of doing business without any complicated systems. We just keep track of things in a notebook and keep moving. We are just regular people running a regular shop here.
