Shinde Caterers

Shinde Caterers is located in the 501 Building, which is part of the Krishna Greenland complex on G B Road. It is a busy area in Thane West, right across from the Hypercity Mall. Being in unit 10, we have a decent amount of space to handle our daily routine. The traffic on G B Road is almost always heavy, so we hear the honking and the buses passing by all day. It’s a very urban spot. We spend most of our time inside the kitchen area, dealing with the heat and the constant chopping of vegetables. Our staff has been with us for a bit and we all know where everything goes. It’s not the most modern kitchen you’ve ever seen, but it works for what we need. We don’t have much in the way of a front office because we are usually too busy in the back. If you come by, you might see crates of onions or sacks of rice sitting near the door. That is just the nature of the business. Managing everything from Building 10 takes some coordination, especially when we have several orders going out at once. We try to keep a steady pace and not get too overwhelmed by the rush. It’s a local operation, and we like the fact that we are right in the middle of Thane. There is always someone coming or going in this building.
