Shambys Cafe (Opc) Private Limited

We are based in Ambernath, over at Rahul Estate on Cabin Road. It is a busy little spot in the B Wing, specifically in flat G-13. Being an OPC means it is a pretty personal operation around here. Shambys Cafe is something we have put a lot of heart and time into. We are not some big chain with hundreds of locations across the country. We are just here in Thane, working out of this ground floor space in building number two. The neighborhood is mostly made up of families and people commuting to Mumbai, so it has a real local, lived-in feel. We handle all the cafe business and planning from this room. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the traffic on Cabin Road, but we have gotten used to the sound of the rickshaws. We spend a lot of time thinking about what people in Ambernath actually like to eat and drink. The office is small and usually a bit cluttered with papers, boxes, and food samples, but that is how we like it. It shows we are actually working and not just sitting around. We do not have a PR team or anyone to write fancy descriptions for us. This is just us telling it like it is. We show up every morning, open the doors, and get to work. It is a lot of hard work keeping a food business going, but being in a place like Rahul Estate makes it feel like we are part of the neighborhood.
