S.B.Engineering Works

S.B. Engineering Works operates out of the Gokhale Industrial Compound in Dr. Raghuveer Nagar. If you walk into the compound, you’ll hear the sound of metal hitting metal and the hum of old machines. Our workshop is a bit rough around the edges, with grease on the floor and tools scattered across the benches. We’ve been in this spot for years, and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. We do mostly mechanical engineering and repair work for whoever needs it. There isn't a front desk or a fancy waiting room here. Usually, you’ll find us in the back wearing overalls and working on a lathe or a welding machine. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. We don't spend money on advertising or shiny new signs. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know we can fix things that others might just throw away. The roof leaks a little when the monsoon hits hard, so we just move the machines to a dry spot. It’s just a plain, hardworking shop where we take on various jobs as they come in. We don't use big words or try to sound like a multinational firm. We’re just local engineers doing what we know how to do.
