We operate out of Airoli, specifically at C2/34 in the Shivneri CHS, which is located in Sector 10. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very much like a home base for us at Savourcraft Hospitality Services. We don’t have a commercial storefront or a big office building. Instead, we work from this unit, which we’ve turned into a functional office for our hospitality work. Most of our day-to-day involves sitting at our desks, making calls, and trying to coordinate different services for our clients. It can get a bit cramped when we have all our files and paperwork out, but we manage just fine. Airoli is a good spot because it’s well-connected, though the commute can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We don’t have any polished mission statements or corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We’re just a small group of people trying to do a good job. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work to keep things lively. Sometimes we walk down to the local market to get some snacks or tea when we need a break. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We don’t try to make our business sound bigger or fancier than it is. We just focus on the practical details and making sure that everything we plan for our clients actually happens the way it’s supposed to.
