Sathvik Cuisine Llp

We’ve been running Sathvik Cuisine Llp from our spot here at Vasant Rajni Complex for a while now. Ambernath is a busy place, especially around Tadwadi and Vadavli Section, and we just fit right into the neighborhood. It started because we liked cooking for people and it just grew from there into a real business. It isn't anything fancy with big glass windows or a lobby. Just us working hard in the kitchen every day to get things ready. Sometimes the mornings are a bit chaotic when the supplies arrive and we have to move everything into the unit. You can usually find us busy with the pots and pans. We mostly focus on making sure the food tastes like what you’d get at home. People around the complex know us, and we know them. It’s a nice little community here. We didn’t really plan to be some big corporate entity, we just wanted to make decent food and pay the bills. The Vadavli area has changed a lot over the years, more buildings going up, but we’re still here doing our thing. The heat in the kitchen gets to us sometimes, especially in the summer months, but we just keep going. It’s a lot of manual work, chopping and stirring, but it feels good when the day is done. We don't have any big speeches to give. We just show up at A 704 and get to work.
