Sanjay Engineers

Sanjay Engineers is our small workshop in Ambernath East. We are located at B-2/103 in Vasant Vihar Gardens, which is a quiet enough spot until we start the machines. If you are coming from Bhavani Chowk, we are just a short way down B Cabin Road. Most days are spent hunched over metal parts or fixing various mechanical components that come our way. It gets pretty loud and the floor is usually covered in metal shavings by noon, but that is just the nature of this kind of work. We aren't fancy people and we don’t have a glossy office. It is just a place where things get made and repaired by guys who have been doing this for years. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work through the pile of jobs on the bench. Sometimes the heat in the shop is a bit much, especially in the afternoons, so we take plenty of breaks for tea. We have built up a decent set of tools over the time we have been here. People from the neighborhood know us as the place to go when something needs a proper fix. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job every day so we can head home feeling like we earned our keep. It is honest work and it keeps us out of trouble.
