Sangeeta Engineering Works

Sangeeta Engineering Works is right there in Jogeshwari West, sitting opposite the Veena Dalwai Industrial estate. Being located right across from a big industrial hub means we are always surrounded by the sounds of manufacturing. There is the constant hum of machines and the occasional loud bang of metal hitting metal. Our shop is a straightforward place. We have the heavy machinery on one side and a small corner with a desk where we handle the billing and the drawings. It’s usually quite hot inside, especially during the afternoons, but we have a few big industrial fans that keep the air moving. The floor is almost always covered in a thin layer of metal shavings or oil, so we are always wearing our heavy boots. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. Most people find us just by walking past or because they work in the Veena Dalwai estate and need something done quickly. We take pride in the fact that we can fix or make almost anything that comes through the door, even if the place looks a bit cluttered. It’s just us and our tools, working through the pile of orders we have for the week. The neighborhood is busy and gritty, and that suits us just fine because it’s where the real work happens. We just stick to our schedule and get the parts out.
