Samuel Ratnam

Samuel Ratnam is situated in the Savitha Co-Op Housing Society in Naupada, Thane. This is a very well-known area, mostly because it is so close to the RTO. If you have ever had to deal with vehicle paperwork in Thane, you’ve probably been near our street. The housing society is one of those older, established ones where everyone knows everyone’s business. We operate from a small space here. It is not a professional business hub, just a regular room where we have set up our desks. Thane has grown so much over the years, but Naupada still feels like the heart of the old city. The noise from the RTO area and the nearby station is always there in the background. We don't have a corporate structure with different departments. If something needs doing, one of us just does it. It is very informal. We wear regular clothes to work and usually have a cup of tea while we go through the morning tasks. There is no script for how we talk to people or how we handle our files. It is just about being practical and getting through the workload. We like being in this part of Thane because it feels real and connected to the everyday life of the city. Usually, the society guard knows who is coming and going, which adds a bit of safety to our daily routine. It's just a small, decent place to get things done without any hassle.
