Our office is tucked away in Vrindavan Society in Thane West. It is unit 58-B/S-3. Being in a residential society makes it feel a bit different than a big industrial park. It’s quieter here, mostly. We handle import and export stuff, so there is always a lot of tracking and logistics to deal with. Sometimes the couriers find it hard to find our specific block, but once you know where it is, it is easy enough. We have a small team sitting here. Most of us live nearby in Thane, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain is heavy. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just a room with desks, some samples on the shelves, and a lot of box files. We spend our mornings checking emails from overseas and the afternoons sorting out local dispatches. It is steady work. Sometimes we have to stay late when the shipments are delayed. The neighborhood is nice, and there are good spots to get snacks nearby. We’ve been operating from this address for a good stretch of time. It suits us because it’s not too hectic. We try to keep things organized, even if the desk looks a bit messy by Friday. It’s just how a small business looks when people are actually working. We are happy with how things are going here.
