We are over in Thane East, right in the Kopri Colony area. Our office is in Padam Mahal, specifically A/13 in the Chhatrapatti Shivaji Society. It’s a busy spot near the station side, and we’ve been here handling the villas and hotel work for a good bit now. It is not a fancy corporate office, just a regular space in the colony where we keep all our things. Most people in this part of Thane know the society well. The traffic around here gets a bit much in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work, but the mornings are alright. We deal with various properties and it’s mostly just us working through the daily paperwork and talking to guests on the phone. Thane is changing fast with new buildings, but Kopri still has that old neighborhood feel which we like. You can find everything you need within walking distance from Padam Mahal. Sometimes the monsoon makes the roads a bit messy, but that is just how life is here. We are in the A wing. The building is easy enough to spot once you get into the society lanes. We don't have a big lobby, just a functional desk where we keep the records. It’s a small team, maybe just three or four of us on a regular day. We spend time coordinating things. It gets quiet in the afternoons, which is nice. We’ve seen the society grow over the years. People stop by to ask about bookings or just to say hello.
