We are based in New Panvel, over in Sector 5A. Our main spot is Shop Number 20 on the ground floor of the Hari Mahal building. Being in a housing society means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. It makes the place feel more like a community than just a business location. At RP Hotels & Resorts, we aren't trying to be the biggest name out there. We’re just a small partnership looking after a few properties. The shop is where we handle all the admin work. It’s usually a bit messy with papers and tea cups, but we know where everything is. New Panvel has grown so much lately, and it’s been interesting to see it happen right from our front door. We get a lot of people stopping by just to ask for directions or to see what we do. We try to be helpful whenever we can. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We take our time to get things right, even if it means staying a little later in the evening. There’s always something to do, like checking on maintenance schedules or talking to the laundry guys. We don't have a fancy marketing team, so we just rely on being honest with our customers and doing the work. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way.
