Royal Zaika

Royal Zaika is located over in Jogeshwari West, right in the Behram Baug area. It’s a busy spot, and we are usually tucked away doing our thing with the food. Most days start with us getting the kitchen ready and checking what needs to be cooked for the lunch rush. Behram Baug is a lively place to be, and there are always people walking past or stopping in to see what’s cooking. We don’t really have any big signs or anything like that, just our name and the food we put out. It gets pretty hot in the back when all the stoves are going, especially in the summer months. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, it can get a bit chaotic with everyone moving around at once. We’ve been in Jogeshwari for a bit now and know the local rhythm well. Most of the people who come by live right around the corner. We aren't some big corporate chain, just a local spot trying to get through the day's orders. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, or a delivery is late, but that’s just how it is running a place like this. We do the best we can with the space we have in Behram Baug. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and connected to the neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks without much fuss.
