Rikoi Engineering

Rikoi Engineering is over at the Sheetal Industrial Estate. We have Unit No. 7 in the Navghar area of Vasai East. It’s a decent sized unit for what we do. We do a lot of different engineering jobs. Sometimes it’s small parts, sometimes it’s bigger assemblies. We have a few lathes and milling machines that have been with us for years. They still work great if you treat them right. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains, but that’s an engineering shop for you. We don’t have a receptionist. If you walk in, one of us will wipe our hands on a rag and come talk to you. That’s just how it is. Vasai is a busy place for manufacturing. There are shops all around us. We’ve been at Unit 7 long enough that the postman doesn’t even look at the address anymore. We try to be helpful. If we can't do a job, we usually know someone nearby who can. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep the machines running and the customers satisfied with the parts we make. It’s a lot of manual work and checking measurements. We use calipers and gauges all day long. It's what we know. There's not much time for anything else when the orders are piled up.
