Rama'S

Rama'S is situated on Sarakki Tank Road in Kandivali East, covering the units numbered 50, 51, and 52. We’ve been here for a while, and the place has become a bit of a fixture for people living around the tank. It’s a simple setup where we serve basic food and snacks. The area is always a bit dusty because of the construction that seems to never end on this road, so we are constantly wiping down the tables. We have a few old fans that don't do much on the hottest days, but people don't seem to mind. Most of our regulars are folks who work nearby or live in the apartments down the street. We start early in the morning to get everything ready for the breakfast rush. My wife helps with the cooking in the back while I handle the customers at the front counter. We don’t have a huge menu, just the things we know how to make well and what people keep asking for. Sometimes we run out of the daily specials by one o’clock, and we just have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s a humble business and we don't try to be anything we aren't. Kandivali East is a good place to work, even if the traffic on Sarakki Tank Road is a headache most of the time. We just hope the road work finishes soon so it’s a bit easier for everyone.
