Rajeshri Engg. is situated on the ground floor of Chitrakunj Chs Ltd, specifically in unit A-001. We are in Dombivli, Maharashtra, and our pincode is 421201. Being in a cooperative housing society means we are part of a real community. You can see people going about their daily lives all around our workshop. We chose the ground floor because it makes moving our engineering equipment much easier. The space is filled with tools, machines, and the various projects we are working on. It’s not the quietest place because of the work we do, but we try to be mindful of our neighbors in Chitrakunj. We have a small team of workers who are very skilled. We don't have a big HR department or corporate rules. We just work together to get the engineering jobs finished on time. Sometimes we stay late when a project is particularly tricky. The air usually has that metallic smell that comes with this kind of work. We have our tea breaks out front and chat with the people living in the society. It’s a very local feel. We don't have any flashy brochures or a fancy lobby. If you come to A-001, you'll find us in our work clothes, probably busy with a machine. It is a practical, hardworking environment in the heart of Dombivli. We enjoy being here and the work keeps us quite busy all year round.
