All-Tech Engineering Mumbai

Our office is up on the sixth floor of Mohan Tulshi Vihar in Badlapur West. It is at Handre Pada, which is a bit of a walk from the railway station, but it is a nice enough area. Working from an apartment building like this feels different than a factory, but we make it work for All-Tech Engineering Mumbai. We have our computers and all our technical drawings spread out on the big table in the main room. Most of the day is spent looking at designs or talking to our clients on the phone. You can see the other buildings of Badlapur from the window, and sometimes when it rains, the hills in the distance look really green. It is a quiet place to get the engineering work done without too many distractions. We usually start quite early to beat the heat, and there is a small kitchen where we make coffee throughout the day. We don't have a team of receptionists or anything like that; it is just us handling the paperwork and the technical stuff. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. It is a very normal, local setup. We focus on the projects we have on hand and try to keep everything organized. When the workday ends, we just lock up and head out into the busy Badlapur streets to catch the train or go home. It’s a simple, hardworking life where we just try to do our best every day.
