Chitroda Engineering Works

Chitroda Engineering Works is located over in Kandivali East. We are right outside Dariyapur Gate in Bardolpura, specifically in Block No 5 on the ground floor of the Bona building. It is a workshop where we handle a lot of metal work and different kinds of repairs. The machines are pretty loud, and there is usually some grease on the floor, but that is just how it is in an engineering shop. We have been at this spot for a good bit of time. Most of our day is spent fixing parts or making things that people bring in with sketches or old samples. It is not fancy here at all. We have our tools spread out across the benches and scrap metal in the corners. When you come to the ground floor of Block 5, you will probably hear the sounds of grinding or welding before you even see us. We work with various types of steel and iron. Sometimes the jobs are very small, like a quick weld to fix a bracket, and other times we have big projects that take up all our floor space for weeks. We do not do much advertising at all. Most people find us through word of mouth from other local businesses. If something breaks or needs a custom fitting, people just drop it off. We try to get through the work as fast as we can.
