Our workshop, Rajdeep Plastic Containers (I) Pvt. Ltd., is located at B-3 in the Wagle Industrial Estate. We are right near the "Automatic" bus stop, so it’s pretty easy for the workers to get here. Being in Wagle means we are surrounded by other industries, so there is always a lot of clanking and engine noise in the air. We make plastic containers of various kinds. The building is a standard industrial block, nothing fancy, just sturdy walls and plenty of space for the molds and the raw plastic pellets. We spend most of our time on the floor, keeping an eye on the production lines. It can be a bit repetitive, but we take pride in seeing a finished stack of containers ready for shipping. We don't have any marketing brochures or polished speeches. If someone asks what we do, we just show them the products. Sometimes the machines act up or the delivery schedules get messed up because of the traffic near the bus stop, but we deal with it as it comes. Most of us have been working here for years, so we have a good feel for how the business runs. It’s a straightforward operation. We make the containers, we pack them up, and we send them out. There’s no need to make it sound more complicated than that. It’s just what we do every day at B-3, keeping the machines running and the floor moving.
