Ambika Fab & Engg. Works is based out of Plot No. Z-1 over in the TTC Industrial Area. We are right by Mukand Ltd, so it is easy to find us if you are heading through Rabale or coming from Kalwe. Our place isn't anything special to look at, just a regular shop where we do our fabrication and engineering stuff. Most days it’s just the sound of grinders and people moving metal around. We started out small and stayed that way because it works for us. The heat in the shed gets a bit much during summer but the work doesn't stop. We usually have a lot of scrap lying around and various projects taking up floor space. It’s a hands-on kind of life here. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely find someone covered in grease or dust. We just take the orders as they come and try to finish them before the deadline. Rabale has changed a lot over the years but our spot near Mukand stays the same. We do a lot of different engineering jobs, some big and some small. There isn't a lot of talk, just a lot of work getting done. It’s a local operation and we know most of our neighbors in the industrial area by now. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t need a map to find anything. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks when the noise gets too much inside.
