R. R. Engineering

You can find R. R. Engineering right across from Oswal Park on Pokhran Road No. 2 in Majiwada. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time. Our workshop is a bit of a mess sometimes with all the scraps and tools lying around, but it’s a working shop. We deal with various engineering tasks, mostly stuff that comes from the nearby factories or local contractors. It’s loud, and the floor is usually covered in metal shavings by the end of the shift. We aren't the type to wear suits; usually, it’s just work clothes that have seen better days. Majiwada has grown so much since we first set up here. The traffic on Pokhran Road is a lot worse now, but we don't mind much as long as the work keeps coming in. We have a few old machines that still run better than the new ones. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a part that a customer needs for the next morning. It’s just me and a couple of helpers most days. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything. We just want to do the work right so people come back when they need something else fixed or made. It’s a simple way to run a business. We mostly rely on word of mouth from people who know what we do. The sign outside is a little faded, but the work we do inside is solid.
