We are located in the Gauri Shankar Building on V P Road, specifically in Room 10 on the first floor. It’s in Dombivli East, right near the Andhra Bank in Pendse Nagar. This part of Thane is always buzzing with people and traffic. We’ve been running our catering business from this spot for a long time. Our kitchen isn't some industrial factory; it’s a place where we actually hand-cook the meals. You can usually smell the spices from the hallway. We started out just doing small events for neighbors and it grew from there. We don’t have a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people about what food they like. Sometimes we run out of space for all the big pots and pans. The building is a bit older, and the stairs can be a bit narrow when we are carrying heavy crates of vegetables. We know the local markets in Dombivli where we get our fresh supplies every morning. It’s a lot of early hours and late nights. My cousins and a few local guys help out with the cooking and deliveries. We don't use fancy apps to manage everything. It’s mostly just notebooks and memory. We’ve had some close calls with traffic delays on V P Road, but we always make sure the food is hot when it gets to the party. We like it being a local, family-style operation.
