Our small office is tucked away in Vipul Apartment on Ambadi Road. If you know Vasai West at all, you know it's a bit of a trek from the main city center, but we like it here in Sai Ram Nagar. We handle HR stuff, which basically means a lot of resumes and phone calls all day long. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once. We started Quantum Leap because we saw how many people were looking for work and how many businesses couldn't find anyone decent. We aren't some massive agency with a hundred recruiters. It's just a few of us in a regular apartment setup. We spend most of our mornings checking emails and the afternoons interviewing people. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, so we have to walk up to C/102. It's just a normal workplace. We don't use fancy software that makes decisions for us; we just talk to people and see if they fit the job. It’s hard work sometimes because people can be unpredictable. We’ve been at this Mumbai address for a while and the locals know where to find us. We don't put on airs or pretend to be more than we are. Just a local HR team trying to get through the daily pile of paperwork. If you come by, you'll see stacks of folders and probably a few half-empty coffee cups on the desks. We just keep it moving.
