If you are looking for us, we are at Shop Number 5 in the Amir Apartment, B Wing. It’s right opposite the Dost Apartment in the Kausa area of Mumbra. This is a very lively neighborhood, especially in the evenings when everyone is out on the streets. We run the restaurant as a local place where people can come and eat without any fuss. The shop isn't huge, but it's ours and we take care of it. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or at the counter. Mumbra is a unique place with its own vibe, and we feel like we fit right in here. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive menus. We just serve the food we know how to cook. The staff are mostly local guys who live nearby. We don't have a big corporate office or a board of directors. It’s just us making sure the tables are clean and the food goes out hot. The local kids often hang around outside, making the place feel alive. Some nights the street outside is so crowded you can barely move, but that’s just life in Kausa. We like the noise and the energy of the place. It’s an honest living and we enjoy seeing the same faces coming back to eat. We don't have any big mission, we just want to keep the kitchen running and the customers fed.
