This is Priyakant Hotels Private Limited. We operate out of Flat No. 004 in the Yashodeep Apartment. That’s at Plot No. D-49, Sector-09 in Ges Diwa, Airoli. It's a residential-feeling area. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. Just a small flat where we handle the hotel business. Airoli is a growing place. We’ve seen many new buildings come up around Yashodeep Apartment. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but for us, it works fine. Sector-09 is mostly quiet. We like that. We manage hotel stuff from here. It's mostly phone calls and computer work. We aren't some high-profile office. Just regular people working in a flat. It’s practical. Sometimes the neighbors say hello. We don't have a mission statement or anything. We just try to keep the hotels running smoothly. It’s a lot of work. Diwa can be busy during rush hour. But we are usually already at the desk by then. We just take it one day at a time. Priyakant Hotels is just us doing our thing in Airoli. We've been in Sector-09 for a bit now. Yashodeep Apartment is a sturdy building. Being on the ground floor at Flat 004 makes it easy to move things in and out. We don't need a fancy skyscraper. This is enough for what we do. We handle the hotel side of things without much fuss.
