Precimax Engineering

Precimax Engineering is based at D-12 in the Jai Bonanza Industrial Estate. This is in the Ashok Nagar area of Kandivli East. It’s a typical industrial estate setup where you have many businesses working side by side. Our unit, D-12, is where we spend all our time. It’s not a very big space, but we’ve managed to fit in the machines and tools we need. The atmosphere in Ashok Nagar is always busy with people moving goods and sounds of production everywhere. We have a small team here and most of us have been together for a while. We do various engineering jobs, mostly focused on small parts and repairs. The floor is usually busy and there’s always something being measured or cut. We don’t have a dedicated sales team or a big office. Most of our discussions happen right there on the shop floor next to the machines. It’s a practical way to work because you can see exactly what’s going on. Sometimes the estate gets a bit congested with deliveries, but we make it work. We’ve been part of the Kandivli industrial scene for years. We don't go for anything fancy; we just keep our equipment maintained and do the work that comes our way. It’s a steady life and we appreciate the regulars who keep coming back to our little unit. We just take it one day at a time here.
