We are Prabhu Hira Agro Cold Storage LLP, and you can find us in Vashi Turbhe. We are right opposite the Sanpada Railway Station, which is a pretty busy spot. Our units are 10 and 11 in the MAFCO A.P.M. Yard. It is a noisy, fast-paced area with trucks coming and going at all hours. We deal with cold storage, which means we spend a lot of time monitoring temperatures and making sure the machinery is running like it should. In a place like Vashi, things move quickly, and there is always a lot of shouting and activity in the yard. Our space isn't meant for showing off; it is a working facility where we store goods to keep them fresh. The air is always a bit cooler inside, which is a nice break from the Mumbai humidity outside. People come by to drop things off or pick them up, and we just try to keep the logs updated and the doors closed tight. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure every crate is where it belongs. We’ve been here at the yard for a bit now, and we’ve seen how much the area has changed around the station. It is a good location for what we do because the transport links are right there. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not the most glamorous job, but keeping food from spoiling is important, and we take that seriously. There are days when the traffic around Sanpada station is a nightmare, but we manage to get through it.
