Postpy Agro Micro Foundation

Postpy Agro Micro Foundation is what we call it. We are based out of Shirpur Khandale. You can find us at Ranjana Bhika Darwade’s place, house 553. It’s a small operation, focusing on the micro side of things in agriculture. We don't have a huge staff. It’s mostly just family and a few neighbors involved in the day-to-day stuff. We look at how to help the smaller farms in the 412209 area. Most people around here have small plots of land, and it’s hard to get by sometimes. We don't do big fancy promotions. We just talk to the people we know. Our work is very local. We deal with the practical side of farming—what to plant when the ground is dry and how to keep the bugs away without spending too much money. It’s a lot of trial and error. We keep our books at the house in Kanalshirpur. It's a quiet village and we like it that way. People come by when they need help or when they have something to share. It's not a corporate vibe at all. We are just regular people trying to make the agricultural side of things a bit more stable for ourselves. There's always coffee or tea on and someone willing to talk about the latest crop prices. We do what we can with the little we have, and that is usually enough.
